European engineering and functionality is available with Caoba Tilt-Turn windows.  Operated with a single handle, Tilt-Turn windows have dual functionality.  With the handle in the tilt position, the windows can be tilted inward up to 20 degrees providing maximum ventilation with the protection from the outside elements and the security of intruders.  Turn the handle in the swing position and the windows swings inward 180 degrees for a full unobstructed view.   Extremely weather resistant due to the multi-gasket engineering and 2-1/4″ sash, it’s easy to see why this is the most popular window in Europe.

Screens are mounted to the exterior.

Better performance with our Hybrid DH

A cross between a Double Hung window and a Tilt-Turn window, Caoba’s  new Tilt-Turn (faux) DH was created to meet the demands of the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission and  built with the required aesthetic while delivering high performance ratings demanded for this NYC-Tribeca condo conversion.  Reproduced to the exact design and dimensions as the original DH window built in 1880’s this faux DH operates as a Tilt-Turn.

A prime  example of  Caoba’s commitment to addressing project specific requirements while enhancing design and function –  Caoba calls this  “Design Dictated Manufacturing®”
