FAQs

  • 1. What is your current lead time for projects?

For standard projects, our lead time is 16 weeks for all wood and 18 weeks for wood-clad products. However, since every project is unique and custom work is our standard, lead times can range from 12 to 20 weeks after shop drawing approval and production payment. These timelines depend on factors like project size, volume, location, and customer plan reviews. Lead times may extend if hardware or materials are custom-made or specialized.

  • 2. What is your shipping lead time?

Our typical shipping lead times range from 1-3 weeks for North America and 3-4 weeks for Hawaii and the Caribbean. While we strive to deliver within these timeframes, occasional delays due to transport or port issues may occur, which are outside our control. We always do our best to ensure timely deliveries and will keep you informed of any unforeseen delays.
