Social Impact
At CAOBA, giving back to our community is a core part of our philosophy. To support this commitment, we created the CAOBA FOUNDATION, a US 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing educational programs for our employees and their families. These programs empower them to grow both professionally and personally.
In 2002, we also established the PAULA WEISKOPF FOUNDATION, which focuses on health and education initiatives for the children of the Jocotenango community, as well as the sons and daughters of our employees. Through these foundations, we continue to make a positive impact, fostering growth and opportunity for those around us.
